About the role

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a positive, passionate, and enthusiastic cook who is ready for their next challenge to join our company in our brand-new Rayleigh HQ office.

Responsibilities will include

• Prepare menu/food options in line with allocated food budget
• Ordering supplies and managing a budget
• Store all food safely. Rotate stock and check ‘use by’ dates regularly
• Ensure kitchen and equipment is always kept clean – High level of hygiene are essential
• Follow correct food handling procedures and food safety regulations

What skills & experience you’ll bring to us

• Have proven, relevant experience, as well as demonstrable ability to cater for people with a range of dietary needs and specific dietary requirements
• Hold an Intermediate Food Hygiene Certificate
• Passion for fresh ingredients and quality flavours
• You’re all about having a positive impact on the people you serve
• The ability to effectively communicate with employees, an approachable person with a smile
